June 17, 2020: BAN Legal Alert – IRS Releases Second Quarter Form 720 for PCORI Fee Payments

Please find below a link to an update to our prior BAN Legal Alert, now that the IRS has released the second quarter Form 720 used for this year’s PCORI fee payment due July 31.

This alert is of interest to all employers that sponsor self-insured group health plans, including Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs). Note that the PCORI fee does not apply to most health FSAs.
